My life journey has been full of ups and downs. After seeing the impact of how small lifestyle changes made a difference in my energy and happiness, I wanted to share my knowledge and experience with others. I decided to become a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2014 and have been working to help others achieve health and happiness ever since.

My time at IIN exposed me to multiple dietary theories and lifestyle approaches which in turn provided me insight into bio-individuality; not one approach is right for all. Following this philosophy,  I will work with you to create a holistic wellness plan that is specific to your needs/wants.

Rather than counting calories, limiting/restricting yourself or creating lists of “good and bad” foods, I work with you to create a personalized plan that promotes moderation and that is flexible and fun. Together we'll find the foods and lifestyle choices that best support you to make gradual, lifelong changes to reach your current and future health goals.

3-Month or 6-Month 1:1 Health Coaching Packages

These packages include:

  • two sessions per month (can be done by phone/Skype/FB Messenger/Google Hangout if you're not a MN local)

  • e-mail support between sessions
